2. Compliance Status

The Corporation endeavors to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard. These guidelines are the recognized international benchmark for web accessibility. We have taken the following steps to ensure compliance:

• High Contrast Design: We utilize a high-contrast corporate aesthetic (Dark Text on Light Backgrounds) to maximize readability.
• Semantic Structure: We utilize clear HTML headings (H1, H2) to ensure screen readers can interpret the hierarchy of our Intelligence.
• Keyboard Navigation: All core interactive elements can be operated using standard keyboard inputs.

3. Known Limitations (Interactive Media)

While we strive for compliance across our core platform, we acknowledge the following limitations:

• Division 02 (Gaming Hub): Due to the nature of embedded software modules provided by third-party syndication partners, some visual or interactive elements within these frames may not fully conform to WCAG standards.
• Division 03 (The Lab): Our proprietary Simulations utilize complex branching narratives. While text-based, certain modules may require specific input methods that deviate from standard keyboard-only navigation.
• External Links: Links directing users to external third-party merchants and service providers lead to platforms outside our direct control and management.

4. Formal Adoption

This Web Accessibility Statement was formally reviewed and ratified by the Unanimous Written Consent of the Board of Directors on December 29, 2025.
