Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Third-Party Affiliate Purchases
1.1. No Refund Liability. THE CORPORATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO AFFILIATE PURCHASES.
1.2. Scope. This applies to all retail goods, travel bookings, and software subscriptions purchased via referral links on our Site. You acknowledge that your transaction is made directly with the Third-Party Merchant.
1.3. Resolution. To initiate a return or refund, you must contact the specific merchant (e.g., the retailer or booking agent) listed on your receipt. Their policies supersede this document.
2. Digital Products and Virtual Items
2.1. Final Sale Policy. All sales of digital content, PDF protocols, and “Digital-Groundwork” reports provided directly by the Corporation are Final and Non-Refundable due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
2.2. Virtual Currency (Gaming Hub). Any “points,” “XP,” or virtual rewards earned or purchased within the Gaming Hub (Division 02) have no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Consulting Services (Div 05)
3.1. Cancellation Procedure. This section applies to direct service contracts (e.g., Retail Optimization Consulting). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Contact@trinitymannumbrellagroup.com.
3.2. Refund Tier Structure.

Before 7 Days of Start Date:
Full Refund, minus a 20% Non-Refundable Retainer to cover administrative setup and resource allocation. -
Within 7 Days of Start Date:
50% Refund of Total Contract Fee. The Corporation retains 50% to cover lost scheduling opportunities. -
After Service Commencement:
0% Refund. Once discovery, research, or strategy work has begun, the Client is responsible for the full contract fee.
4. Capital Access Referrals
4.1. No Fee to Applicant. The Corporation does not charge the user directly for Capital Access referrals; our compensation comes from the lender. Therefore, there are no refund scenarios applicable to the user for this service.
Formal Adoption: This policy was formally reviewed and adopted by Resolution of the Board of Directors on December 29, 2025.
